How to check if your sony device has enough attempt to input the unlock code

2015-06-24 03:36:12 0 By: John Times Read: 328

if you are a sony device owner and you are looking for unlocking your device online then before you order your unlock code you should must check first if your device has enough attempts left to input the unlock code.

this is because sony devices comes with very few limited attempts to put correct unlock code so if all the attempts already tried with wrong codes then its not possible to unlock the device even with correct unlock code.

There is a hidden SIM lock menu that you can access by typing

*#*#7378423#*#*

there you will see a new menu and under the simlock menu you will see something like -

[o] Network ----- 5

[x] Network subset 0

[x] Service provider 0

[x] Corporate 0

[x] SIM 0

or

[x] Network ----- 5

[ ] Network subset 0

[ ] Service provider 0

[ ] Corporate 0

[ ] SIM 0

in this example this device is locked with network code and it has only 5 attempts left to unlock the correct unlock code. if you see "255" or "unlimited" besides network then device is hard locked and not possible to unlock with unlock code. thou you can unlock with special software. for the software contact us we will be happy to help with.
